Charlie Moses is back with a stunning 5 track EP, Journaling Pt. 1. While every song is well under 2 minutes in length, each is densely packed with depth and emotion. Sparse lo-fi arrangements serve as a delicate, uneasy, foundation for Charlie’s soulful vocals and haunting lyrics. There’s something slightly reminiscent of His Name is Alive about the vocal harmonies and they absolutely break my heart. Charlie has never been better than here.
