NEW SINGLE : A T R I S T - slow down

The new ATRIST single is out now! "slow down" is R&B inspired dance pop.

It's also the final release in our "Outgrowth" series following the Outgrowth Official Soundtrack album by We Are Parasols and bdRm's "Not that Far Away" single. "slow down" is the fully realized pop song version of "Welcome Home"from the podcast soundtrack. As soon as D created the foundation for "Welcome Home" she knew she wanted to develop it into a dance song. Originally called "Virgin America" (can you guess why?) the track is a collaboration between D as ATRIST and both of her We Are Parasols bandmates and co-producers. It just might be a sign of things to come from ATRIST. 

And there's a music video! 

Filmed on the streets of Southeast Portland the video is heavily inspired by Anton Corbijn's Depeche Mode videos with just the right amount of Madonna tossed in. It just might be the sequel to a certain We Are Parasols video too.
